Our talents recommend Easyfairs as a great place to work - and the figures prove it!

Creating a fun, engaging and supportive workplace is crucially important to us.
But above all, a workplace that is safe and inclusive.

This is why we regularly check that we’re getting things right with our “EasyPulse survey”. It gives us a snapshot of the current mood and level of engagement of our team members. It also helps us to continue shaping positive and reliable workplaces for all.

The metric we use in our EasyPulse survey is ePNS (Employee Net Promoter Score), a global standard for measuring employee satisfaction and engagement within an organisation. It shows how likely it is that team members would recommend the organisation and is based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) , which is widely used for measuring customer engagement.

Here’s how eNPS works:

  • Employees are asked a single key question: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company as a place to work?”
  • Employees are grouped into three categories based on their responses: promoters (score 9-10), passives (score 7-8) and detractors (score 0-6).
  • The eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The resulting score can range from -100 to +100.

While that arithmetic might seem simplistic, the full system is intended to inspire and deliver experiences that are not merely satisfactory but remarkable. When team members feel cared for, they stay around longer, act as ambassadors and bring their friends.

So, how are we doing?

Easyfairs’ eNPS has been increasing over the past few years and we are delighted that we’ve achieved a score of 40 in the most recent survey (October 2023). But we don’t rest on our laurels. The good work continues!

The main feedback was about the pleasant environment and supportive atmosphere. This score reflects team members’ dedication and loyalty and indicates a healthy and positive work environment,” says Yasmine Couderc, Group Head of Talent.
