Easyfairs takes the health risks posed by the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus very seriously and is regularly and closely monitoring the advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as advice from regional and local governments and exhibition industry associations.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and exhibitors continue to be our top concern, along with our ability to run events that deliver successful outcomes for the communities we serve.

Given the unforeseeable, unavoidable, unprecedented and global scope of the coronavirus, the organisation of some events might be affected. We therefore continue to assess the situation carefully for each individual event and are putting contingency plans in place to ensure that we are ready to postpone any event if necessary.
