Company ownership
The Easyfairs Board structure reflects equal representation from its three majority shareholders – Cobepa, Inflexion, and Eric Everard – with each appointing two representative members. Douglas Emslie (Chairman of Cuil Bay Capital) also joins as shareholder and independent Board member, bringing extensive industry experience.
