New global policies: our commitment to people, planet and ethics

Easyfairs has introduced four new global policies to further strengthen good governance and our way of working across the group. These policies apply to everyone at Easyfairs and, in some cases, to contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. They provide clear guidance on how to protect our people and communities, while supporting responsible, compliant and sustainable business practices at all our offices, venues and events worldwide.

Review the policies

What are the new policies?

Fraud prevention policy

This policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery, corruption and money laundering/financing of terrorism.
It explains how to recognise and avoid these risks, clarifies individual responsibilities, and outlines how employees and other stakeholders must report any suspicions or incidents, in line with applicable laws and regulations, via the Easyfairs whistleblowing channel.

Inclusion and belonging policy

This policy sets out our commitment to an inclusive culture in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and is free from discrimination, harassment and bullying.
It explains what “inclusion” and “belonging” mean at Easyfairs and sets clear expectations on a respectful workplace and equal opportunities for all employees and contractors, as well as for our partners. The policy also establishes a direct channel to raise concerns or complaints confidentially.

Environmental policy

This policy describes how we minimise our environmental impact and integrate sustainability into our operations, venues and events through concrete actions.
It commits Easyfairs to reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, supporting the transition to a net-zero economy, managing environmental risks and contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It also promotes continuous improvement through feedback and regular review of our environmental standards.

Health & safety policy

This policy defines how we provide a safe and healthy environment for employees, contractors, partners, exhibitors and visitors.
It sets a clear, consistent approach to health and safety across all Easyfairs entities and venues and commits us to meeting or exceeding applicable health and safety regulations in every country where we operate. Each entity in the group is encouraged to adopt a local health and safety policy that reflects local laws and specific needs.

By engaging with these new policies, Easyfairs reinforces its commitment to being a safe, fair, inclusive and responsible place to work, and to organising and hosting events in line with our values and governance standards.
