Construction shows Bis, Wonen and Bouw&reno to continue under one strong brand: BILT
New name, new look & feel, and a digital platform guiding builders and renovators 365 days a year
Easyfairs is bringing its three construction shows Bis, Wonen and Bouw&reno together under one new overarching brand: BILT. The shows will also receive a refreshed look & feel. The physical shows in Antwerp, Ghent and Mechelen will be supported year-round by a strong digital platform that guides builders, renovators and interior enthusiasts with inspiration, advice and the right connections. With this move, Easyfairs evolves from three separate events into one powerful brand and a continuous ecosystem where visitors and exhibitors can connect all year long.
With BILT (Build, Inspire, Live & Transform), Easyfairs responds to a clear evolution in the market: building and renovating is no longer a project limited to six or nine show days per year, but a journey that spans months, sometimes years. Today, visitors expect guidance before, during and after their project. They are looking for inspiration, reliable information and the right partners exactly when they need them in their building or renovation journey. That is why Easyfairs is fully committing to a 365-day approach.
“In addition to three physical shows spread throughout the year, we are developing a digital platform where builders, renovators and interior enthusiasts can turn to for advice, inspiration and practical guidance. Our construction shows are no longer a one-off moment, but part of a broader ecosystem in which visitors and exhibitors continuously find each other,” says Farida Martens, organiser of BILT.
Through the platform, visitors will not only discover inspiration and trends, but also receive practical guidance, tailored advice, inspiring and informative content, and targeted connections with the right exhibitors and experts. The platform thus goes far beyond a traditional website: it becomes a lasting community and a trusted guide before, during and after every building or renovation project.
“We guide people throughout their entire building or renovation journey, all year round. In this way, we truly become a partner supporting them in their plans. Too often, building or renovating feels like a burden: a maze of choices, quotes, technical details and timelines. But in essence, it is something beautiful, you are shaping the place where life happens. We believe that moment deserves more excitement, more ease and more meaning,” says Farida Martens, organiser of BILT.
The launch of the platform does not in any way mean a reduction of the physical construction shows. On the contrary, shows are more relevant than ever. Easyfairs sees this across the entire group and particularly within the construction sector, where demand for in-person events has strongly rebounded after Covid and continues to grow. People want to meet again in real life, build connections, see, touch and compare products, and above all receive reliable information from trusted experts.
“Digital tools are a valuable complement, but human connection remains essential, especially when it comes to building, renovating and interior design. That is why the three physical shows remain a crucial part of the story: they are the key moments where visitors and exhibitors meet in person, build trust and receive direct advice from experts,” says Farida Martens.
While the digital platform inspires and guides users throughout the entire journey, the shows provide real-life interaction at the moments that matter most. Together, the three events spread across the year bring the online and offline story together, making BILT the ideal matchmaker between builders, renovators and the right partners.
