Top 20 global exhibition organiser Easyfairs honoured for workplace culture and leadership
Awards spotlight Easyfairs’ people-first culture and leadership
Brussels, 26 June – Easyfairs, the internationally active Brussels-based exhibition organiser and venue operator, has once again been recognised for its outstanding workplace culture, earning accolades in the UK and DACH-IT regions as well as achieving a prestigious group-level distinction.
In the DACH-IT region, Easyfairs has achieved a triple certification: Easyfairs Germany, Easyfairs Switzerland and Easyfairs Italy are now officially certified as Great Place to Work™ organisations. This follows certifications already awarded to Easyfairs Belgium and Easyfairs Netherlands, highlighting the consistent quality of Easyfairs’ workplace culture across Europe.
Meanwhile, in the United Kingdom, Easyfairs UK has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 – one of the most respected workplace accolades in the country, based on the UK’s largest survey of employee engagement. Easyfairs UK earned top marks in key areas including reward & recognition, pride & purpose, empowerment & wellbeing and job satisfaction.
At the group level, Easyfairs has once again been named a Best Managed Company by Deloitte. By receiving this honour for the seventh consecutive year, Easyfairs has now earned the programme’s ultimate ‘Platinum’ status – joining an elite group of just three Belgian companies to hold this distinction in 2025. The award reflects Easyfairs’ ongoing commitment not only to business excellence, but also to a culture rooted in innovation, sustainability and people-first leadership.
Matt Benyon, Group co-CEO, commented: “At Easyfairs, we’ve created workplaces where people love to work, grow and succeed – and we’re thrilled to see this culture recognised in so many ways this year. Several years ago, we made ‘having fun’ one of our core values, and it’s paying off. A huge thank you to all our incredible colleagues – this is your achievement!”
Anne Lafère, Group co-CEO, added: “We know just how much heart and soul our people put into everything they do. These recognitions are a brilliant reflection of that spirit – a workplace where people support one another, push boundaries and have fun doing it. By building an excellent workplace culture, we can attract more top talent who embrace our values. It’s a virtuous circle where people thrive, ideas flourish and everyone can take pride in what we are achieving together.”
Easyfairs is proud to be ranked among the world’s Top 20 exhibition organisers in the annual STAX global ranking. Over the past two years, Easyfairs has received three prestigious awards from UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, recognising its achievements in Sustainable Development, Digital Innovation and HR Management. These industry accolades further underscore Easyfairs’ leadership and ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in the exhibition sector.
