Embracing Diversity - and Pride in London

At Easyfairs we embrace diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
This enriches our organisation, by providing an equitable and inclusive environment.
It also means we get to do even more fun things together.

That’s why our UK team decided to take part in the 2023 Pride in London parade. Pride in London is the UK’s biggest pride event. It provides a platform for members of the LGBT+ community to express themselves creatively and celebrate their identity while also attracting many others beyond this community to take part and have a great day out. More than a million people attend Pride in London.

It was great to come together and join in on this fantastic celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community. Though pride month has now come to an end, let’s not forget to focus on issues faced by the community all year round,“ said Richard Ainsworth, Head of Talent Easyfairs UK.

Reducing inequalities” is part of the six United Nation Sustainable Development Goals we’re focusing on as part of our Act for the Future strategy to guide each of our decisions and actions.

Easyfairs has launched several diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. They include targets for all our events (in terms of content and speakers, for example). We also raise awareness and educate our 800 talents via workshops and training modules on the topic on The Academy Online, our internal e-learning platform.
