Welcome to Tank Storage Asia! Thank you for joining the conference programme. Please see below for the key information you will need in the lead up to and during the show.

1. Your session

At this stage we will already have confirmed with you:

  • Times and date of your session
  • Session title
  • Bullet points (key takeaways for delegates)
  • Your name / job title/ company
  • Your photo and bio

If you did not send any bullet points through, please can you do this asap? If you have any other changes to the online programme, please contact Lisa Mattes for those amendments to be made directly.


2. Presentation Guidelines

We have a few guidelines for the speaker presentations, please see below:

  • Please send your presentation by email to Lisa Mattes before 11 September 2019.
  • Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a memory stick with you on the day

    Please note - we plan on sharing any powerpoint presentation used with the delegates after the event. Please let Lisa Mattes know if you do not want to share your presentation or if you want to provide a modified presentation.


    3. Registration and badges

    You will be automatically registered to attend the event, so no action is required on your part. Please collect your speaker badge from the registration desk as you enter the building. Please let the team on the registration desk know that you are a speaker so that they can find your details quickly. Then head over to the Delegate lounge to find Lisa Mattes.


    4. Arrival on the day of your session

    Please could we ask that on your arrival you head straight to the Delegate Lounge? Please find Lisa Mattes so we can check any presentations are working and introduce you to fellow speakers.

     

    We request that speakers arrive at the conference theatre during the break before their session so that our technicians can have all speakers ready to go with microphones and presentations.

    The conference theatre will be equipped with:

      • Lectern + lectern mic
      • Laptop at lectern with remote clicker
      • Tie mic so speakers are free to roam
      • Table mics on the "top table" for panel sessions
      • Audience roving mics (manned)

      5. Lunch and Networking Drinks

      We will provide you with lunch. This will be served in the delegate lounge.

      You are cordially invited to join us at the ultimate networking evening on Wednesday 25 September from 5pm - 7pm. We look forward to celebrating the end of the first day with you!


      6. Promote your session with free marketing materials!

      Have you been sent your social media banner yet? If not, then be sure to request one from Lisa Mattes and get posting!
