Global Tank Storage Awards return for 2019

A night not to be missed: 200+ visitors, 80+ nominations and award-winning entertainment

Following another sell-out event in 2018, the Global Tank Storage Awards will return on 26th March 2019 in Rotterdam.

Now in its third year, the Global Tank Storage Awards are designed to highlight those that excel in a range of different categories relating to terminal achievements, equipment innovations, ports and individual success.

Asia’s future energy needs on the agenda at Tank Storage Asia 2018

South East Asia’s bulk liquid storage market is expected to expand at a CAGR of 8.22% until 2024 as the region continues to be a key market despite previously turbulent market conditions in the oil and gas industry globally. Singapore in particular has seen record bunker fuel sales of 50.6 million tons in the last year and remains Asia’s top petrochemical hub.

Singapore will host industry leaders at Tank Storage Asia, as the exhibition and conference returns to the Marina Bay Sands on the 26th & 27th September, following last year’s successful event.

Organiser of the world’s largest tank storage exhibitions, publication & awards ceremony launches the Tank Storage Suppliers Directory.

Easyfairs, the organiser of StocExpo Europe, Tank Storage Asia, StocExpo Middle East Africa, Tank Storage Germany, Tank Storage Magazine and the Global Tank Storage Awards has added a comprehensive Suppliers Directory to its ever-growing portfolio.

The Tank Storage Suppliers Directory will go live at the beginning of 2018 and will be a fully searchable list of every equipment supplier and service provider in the tank storage industry. The directory will be free for all users in the tank terminal industry and will be fully mobile-responsive.

The tank storage industry launches the largest network of tank terminal professionals: The Global Tank Storage Association

The Global Tank Storage Association (GTSA), designed by the industry, for the industry, will be officially launched at this year’s Tank Storage Germany in Hamburg, Germany, on 29th November 2017.

Created to represent the needs of the terminal industry worldwide, the GTSA provides a platform for members to share and exchange information on its core values, such as the environment, safety and security.

Tank Storage Asia Closes on a High

Over 1700 attendees from 35 countries (of which 80% were from Singapore) passed through the doors of the Marina Bay Sands. Visitors included CEOs, directors, terminal managers, investors, senior engineers, business development managers and procurement managers from the likes of Shell, Vopak, Odfjell Terminals Asia, Linc Terminal, Exxon Mobil, Jurong Port Tank Terminal, Stolthaven Singapore, and Gulf Petrochem to name just a few.
