For decades HR was viewed exclusively as an administrative department, but due to globalization, fierce competition for the best employees, and the need for companies to innovate faster than ever HR must become more than that. HR has to become a strategic partner that fosters a talent management mindset if it is going to help companies succeed. However, that’s easier said than done. During this session we’ll explore what best practices companies can adopt in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, employee experience, and employee development in order to move out of administration and into strategic partnership.
