    Sinds April 2013 is ST-Cleaning gevestigd in Nederland en in samenwerking met het Oostenrijkse moederbedrijf staan wij garant voor de veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden voor onze opdrachtgevers met deskundig en ervaren personeel, geavanceerde apparatuur en moderne technieken.

  • ROBOTIC TANK CLEANING by ST-CLEANING BV

    The technology used in tank cleaning is based on a fully operational system of a remote operated vehicle used in ATEX-zone 0 environment of confined spaces.
    The benefits of the ESOT are huge and easily identified.
    The entrance of the tank by the cleaning crew has been reduced by 90% and there is clearly a reduction in emission.
    The duration of the cleaning operation is reduced by 30 %. To operate the robot for 24 hours a day which is reducing the execution time is one of the advantages of the system.
    Other advantages are safety and working conditions being significantly improved during the cleanup operation and the environmental impact is reduced.
    We have had the first fully operational system in ATEX zone 0 environment unit in use for more than one year now and within all lab-tests and realtime operational executions on several projects our system has become a proven technology.

    For a large part crude oil is used for cleaning and this allows to reduce water or gas oil consumption by 90% during cleaning activities

    The traditional costs according to the operational readiness of the tank and the cleaning medium are considerably lower
    In waste recycling according to tank cleaning operations our technologies are the usage of decantation units for the seperation oil / water / sludge. Operational performance of a decantation cyclus is possible in 2 or in 3 phases.
    This reduces the settling time of the components by a large magnitude, whereby mixtures previously having to take hours to settle can be settled in a matter of seconds using a decanter centrifuge.
    This form of separation enables more rapid and controllable results.
    For the preparing of cleaning operations we apply our mobile Vapour Recovery Units (VRU) including all necessary primary components, safety devices and controls to provide a complete solution when combined with properly configured tanks to garantee an emission- free degassing.
    The remoted vehicle is able to drive bij itself through a manhole ≥ 24 inch via a special entrance bridge manifactured for differtent heights of manholes. This entrance bridge is part of the system.
    The system is applicable for all sizes of tanks of the petrochemical en chemical sector en for a wide range of products en sediments.
