From fork to plate, the Cooperative masters all step of the production. Farming, on-farm pig picking, slaughtering, cutting and processing are managed in-house. A slaughterhouse unique in Belgium, stress-free and respectful of the animal retains all the qualities of the meat produced locally by our breeders. All channels are controlled by OCIs (independent bodies). PQA distributes its own carcasses and cuttings throughout Belgium.
