Easyfairs Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Easyfairs survey.
2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the Easyfairs survey and entering their email address.
3. Only one entry per respondent. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. There will be four prizes in total: one (1) Amazon Gift Voucher valued at €1,000 and three (3) Amazon Gift Vouchers valued at €500 each. Prizes will be issued in the equivalent value of the winner’s local currency, calculated using the European Central Bank exchange rate on the date of the prize draw on 1st December 2025. Where available, vouchers will be issued for the winner’s local Amazon domain (e.g., amazon.fr, amazon.de, amazon.co.uk).
5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternative prizes will be offered.
6. The survey closes at 11.59pm CET on Friday 28th November 2025. The winners will be drawn by Easyfairs amongst the participants who have validly completed the Easyfairs survey in full. Easyfairs will decide on the short list of participants who have validly completed the survey (by providing adequate answers to all the questions). The draw will take place on or before 11.59pm CET on 1st December 2025 using a computer program to randomly select the winners amongst the participants.
7. The winners will be notified by email on or before 11.59pm CET on 2nd December 2025 to the email address they specified when they completed the survey. If the winner does not claim the prize within fourteen calendar days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 10 days after they claim the prize.
8. The winner is responsible for paying any direct or indirect tax (if any) due on the prize won.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries, or entries not received.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Easyfairs is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No recourse shall be available, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in Brussels.
12. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
