1. Orders for your stand

Orders for your stand 

If you have questions about your stand, additional orders for your stand, inspiration for how to design your stand, insurance, etc. please contact Li Mellberg at Malmö Mäss-service, phone number +46 40 64 299 26 / li@mass-service.se (please specify show, stand number and company when you order). You can also find answers to most technical questions in the document "Technical information" which is found further below on this page. 

This is included in your stand when you place an order through Easyfairs: Floor surface, white walls, carpet, outlet (230V) & a sign with your company name and cleaning. 

 

DEADLINE! Last day to order additional items without extra costs from Service Center is Thursday April 27. Orders later than that will add 25 % on the catalogue prices.


2. My Easyfairs

We have developed our website and improved it for exhibitors, including an online catalogue. In the catalogue, you can present your company and products, post product news, press releases and make your web address visible for all visitors. This service is free of charge, we hope you use it.

The person who books the stand gets an email from "no-reply@easyfairs.com" with a welcome letter and a link straight in to the system, with the request that you confirm your e-mail address and choose a password. If you have forgotten your password, just click on "Forgotten password" and a new one will arrive by mail. If you need a new welcome mail, please contact elin.bengtson@easyfairs.com


3. Show banners

Let your customers know that you are exhibiting at the show and what you are going to show. Use the banner and the show logo on your webpage/campaign site, Facebook, blogs or Twitter. Link the banner and show logo to your personal registration link (more information further down). If you want to order personal banners (size and company logotype), please contact: elin.bengtson@easyfairs.com


4. Technical information from the show venue

Here you find the answers of many common questions regarding practical and technical details. We recommend you who exhibit, to print this document, read it and also bring it to the show. 


5. Exhibitor entrance cards

Register your staff through My Easyfairs.

All exhibitor personnel needs an exhibitor card, even during moving into the show venue. Register and print it before you go to the show venue. 


6. Free tickets for inviting visitors

There are many companies that exhibit at trade shows - let your customer know that you will be there. As an exhibitor, you will receive printed invitations, use them well! You can order more free of charge unlimited admission tickets / invitations to send out to your customers and prospects, contact elin.bengtson@easyfairs.com. Take the opportunity when you invite to communicate specific fair offers and tell them why they should visit particularly your stand.


7. Invite visitors to your stand and get a prospect database

In My Easyfairs, you can find a personalized link that you should use when you invite customers/prospects digitally, e.g. via the website, mailings, etc. This link is unique for you and is linked to your own unique webpage of our visitor registration. The customers / prospects that sign up for the show via this link are collected in a database in your “My Easyfairs”. This database is constantly being built up as the visitor signs up through your link. In this database you can see which customers / prospects are going to visit you at the show and you can see all their contact information. Therefore, you can contact the registered customers even before the show, for example to pre-book a meeting to further link them to your stand.


8. Scan your visitors with our app - Visit Connect

With Easyfairs app, Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your stand, simply by scanning the QR code on their badges. This helps you to follow up leads after the show and make sure you don’t lose important business cards or contact information.

How does it work?
Shortly before the show, you’ll get a Visit Connect-mail with a personal link where you can create your personal login and password. This information can then be used to log into the app that you can download via Google Play or Appstore. Remember to download the app before you come to the show since you need access to your personal login, your computer and Internet. If you have already used Easyfairs Visit Connect at an Easyfairs trade show, simply use the same login as earlier. Don’t forget to change event in the app menu.
