Telling It Like It Is: Why Business Leaders Do Not Use Design as a Competitive Advantage
The companies that use design as a central business building strategy increase their revenue and shareholder returns at nearly twice the rate of their industry counterparts. With such strong data, why doesn't every company fully leverage design? This session will explore the conditions necessary for design to flourish and what is in the way of realizing those returns. Denise will share candid stories, industry leader insights, and practical solutions for using design as a true business driver.
