Moblrn is a self-service platform that enables digital learning programs to be instantly created and distributed.

Our platform has been implemented globally by mass retail companies such as Saint Gobain and smaller restaurant chains such as Phil’s Burger in Stockholm. All without having to do any systems training.

  • How do you convince youngsters at summer work, that a county is a future attractive employer?

    The target group consisted of 100 young people aged 16-19 years. For many, this was the first paid job ever. But how do you get their attention?

    By replacing classroom education with a digital introduction training in the form of a micro course oi smart phones, things began to happen. In the course, pure training was mixed with fun information and different contests.

    All youngsters collected points and were potential winners of product prices.

    The micro course started a couple of weeks even before the youngsters had set their feet on their workplaces, and continued for 3 working weeks.

    The result? Almost everybody of the youngsters participated in the entire micro course. The commitment and engagement were at the top during the whole training. And Region Halland received a lot of tips and ideas on how information and organization around the summer job, could be improved.

  • Leadership training in a Norwegian township.

    How do you manage to keep engagement alive, during months between sessions of traditional training? The township of Bodø in Norway, managed successfully by using Moblrn.

    Bringing together 250 leaders to provide a high-quality leadership training program over two days, is quite demanding and expensive. It also raises the question of the long-lasting effects and motivation in between these gatherings.

    In February 2016, all the leaders in Bodø Municipality were invited to the mobile micro-learning program “DigiMentor-leadership: training right in your pocket”. The primary goal of this smart phone training program was to continuously train the participants and keep a level of engagement inbetween the seminars, which took place twice a year.

    Using Moblrn-tool, Bodø created a unique smart phone training program for weekly challenges to improve or evaluate leadership skills. The feedback and results from this micro-learning courses have been very positive.


  • Moblrn helped building walls.

    Gyproc is one of the world’s leading plaster board manufacturers for walls and floors. One of their dealers in Sweden, Beijer Construction (a chain of 67 outlets) had noticed an increase in complaints due to the lack of the knowledge of plaster board among the staff. Too many customers left the store with the wrong type of board for the job. In spring 2017, Beijer asked Gyproc to produce a training program for their staff.

    Within a couple of weeks, using Moblrn's platform, Gyproc created 18 micro-lessons (each 3-5 minutes short), and distributed them on a weekly basis through smart phones. Here, videos, photo contests and easy-going quizzes were mixed with advanced technical challenges – all to create engagement and long-lasting knowledge.

    The training was so successful that Gyproc now offers the same program to 43 different countries around the world.
