    Dynamicline Fiber
    TCI Cutting Dynamicline Fiber is pure power, without losing sight of electrical and productive efficiency. With versions that reach up to 12 kW of cutting power and its design that includes linear motors, the possibility of cutting thicknesses of up to 30 mm reaching an acceleration of 3G and an accuracy of 3 microns. Travel speeds of up to 340 m / min guarantee the highest productivity for the most demanding customers.

    The team of engineers of TCI Cutting has achieved a cutting system, which combines the necessary features to produce the most complex cutting work and with the most innovative cutting options (automatic nozzle change, artificial vision camera …), never seen until this moment in a laser cutting system with fiber source.

    The energy saving and the cutting speed, added to the laser power, were the three main premises when designing the Dynamicline Fiber system, thus achieving a compact system of high performance for high productions.

    The modern fiber laser is composed of multimode high power diodes with a single emitter or diode bars, usually passing through a cladding layer surrounding a single mode nucleus. This unique style of nucleus ranges between 5 to 12μm micrometre in diameter. The double clad fiber-optic cable consists of a unique internal nucleus doped with ions, such as neody, erbium, ytterbium and thulium. The cladding is made of undoped glass with a small refractive index. The pump light is injected into the cladding and then propagates along the structure passing through the active nucleus core and producing a population inversion. The emission wavelength depends on the options offered by the doped fiber and of the type of reflector used (a typical example would be Bragg gratings).

    TCI Cutting Spaceline Fiber opens up a whole new world of possibilities for 3D production with 5-axis laser cutting. A fully automated system with which the production of complex cuts becomes a simple task. The powerful arm that houses the 3D cutting head, allows the creation of cutting programs with multiple angles for the same piece, a speed of more than 1G and with powers from 1 to 3 kW (up to 6kW for specials). The 700 mm travel of the Z axis offers infinite possibilities for cutting both by robot and using working table.
