Additionally, with Insight Mobile GIS offers the ability to mobilize maintenance independently of the system.

Insight Mobile is part of the maintenance portal Insight Control Panel for desktop and mobile users. This portal includes additional add-on solutions such as an object search explorer, map integration, full text search, planning board, and dashboards for key performance indicators.
With this complete package GIS accompany and support its customers on the way to digital transformation and Industry 4.0.

  • Steps towards value-based and profit-oriented maintenance- and Asset Management: What does that mean in practice?

    The consulting company GiS provides information at the maintenance Stuttgart in hall C2 on booth B15. Additionally, GiS will speak about the topic “First steps towards maintenance 4.0: Examples from daily business” in the ScienceCenter.

    Significant automation, difficult and complex process technologies, accelerated innovation cycles, comprehensive regulatory standards, increasing cost pressure and pressure in the range of relocation, ongoing optimization of value generating processes of workflows… these are the scenarios asset intensive companies are currently faced with and even more in the future.

    In times of Industry 4.0 and mobility maintenance is a crucial factor for the generation of value and finally for the rise in profits.     The lecture presents practical examples which picture different scenarios for the implementation of maintenance 4.0. The examples start from a first implementation with own resources and end in a comprehensive solution in terms of maintenance 4.0.

    On 27-28 April the Dutch partner of GiS (in the context of the Usability Package) is at the GiS booth to present the prototype of a joint concept: The interplay of the Usability Package of GiS with the integrated solution stream + of MaxGrip for real-time insight to show criticalities of a plant.

Für Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation der Instandhaltung der Anlagen entschied sich Global Tech I für das Enterprise Asset Management-System IBM Maximo in Verbindung mit den Modulen des Insight Control Panels der GIS mbH.
