Strategy and Operations Analyst (m/f)

 

Job description:

 

To remain on the cutting edge, we continuously transform the way we operate, endeavoring to become industry’s trendsetters in modelling and mastering processes.

You will work closely with the Group Head of Product Management & Process Implementation in driving continuous improvement throughout the business by the design, planning and implementation of strategic programmes. You will also be a key member of the team in charge of integrating the new acquisitions within the organisation.

You will have exposure and visibility to senior management as you present proposals and demonstrate their impact. You will also be sought as a trusted advisor by leaders across the organization.

 

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Conduct sophisticated analysis and modelling that translates data into actionable insights and supports business development and management to maximize operational excellence.
  • Research and analyse key business drivers and operating metrics.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams within the organisation to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Facilitate the implementation of tools and processes throughout the group by providing effective coaching to local teams.
  • Participate actively in the integration process of new acquisitions.

 

 Profile:

  • You have a Master degree in Business administration, Economics or Finance and minimum 2 years of analytical work experience in management consulting or in a business operations and analytics environment.
  • You have experience presenting and analyzing large quantities of data with strong spreadsheet and database query experience.
  • You have the ability to bring structure and synthesis to complex problem settings.
  • You are an excellent communicator and have great coaching skills.
  • You have a perfect knowledge of MS Office and strong Excel modelling skills.
  • You have excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • You are self-driven and resourceful.
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • You are prepared to travel.
