We are looking for a French-speaking marketing professional, keen to succeed in the fast-paced world of events marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop the skills to fast-track your career to Marketing Manager!

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing campaign for an exciting new launch show concept alongside one of our most successful and fastest-growing exhibitions!

The successful candidate will be passionate about events, and about nurturing close relationships with your community, as well as a drive to succeed in a driven and dynamic environment!

The role:

 

  • Work with the Head of Marketing on the creation & development of the marketing and communications plan and budget in order to achieve event objectives, and be entirely responsible for the implementation and delivery of the plan
  • Deliver the event’s marketing campaign schedule on time and within budget
  • Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
  • Manage and update the marketing schedule ensuring the deadlines are met
  • Deliver targeted and effective marketing collateral including websites, social media, email, print and DM, advertising and PR
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with agencies and suppliers including design and creative, ticketing, print and media buying, and PR
  • Negotiate partner/contra agreements and ensure their fulfilment
  • Produce all communication supports (exhibitor brochure, ads, show guides, posters, invitations, catalogues, website, emails/ HTMLs, planning, copy, lay-out, proofreading, production, delivery and collation)
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the industries, target audiences and their interests and ensure this is reflected through all marketing channels
