Business Process Analyst (m/f)

 

Job description:

 

To remain on the cutting edge, we continuously transform the way we operate, endeavoring to become industry’s trendsetters in modelling and mastering processes.

You will work closely with the Group Head of Product Management & Process Implementation to support the creation and implementation of strategic programmes within the group and the analysis/integration of potential acquisitions.

 

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Analyse and modelise tools and processes to improve operational excellence
  • Collect and analyse (internal & external) information by reaching out to key stakeholders and making recommendations
  • Create templates & standard documents
  • Facilitate the implementation of tools and processes throughout the group by giving training  and support to local teams
  • Support the M&A process (business analysis & recommendations) and professional integration of acquisitions
  • Participate to the testing of the solutions and ensure the delivered product is rolled-out

 

Profile:

  • You have a Master degree in Business or Economics and minimum 2 years of experience as a consultant
  • You have the ability to bring structure and synthesis to complex problem settings
  • You are a critical thinker with strong research and analytical skills
  • You are an excellent communicator and have great coaching skills
  • You have a perfect knowledge of MS Office and strong Excel modelling skills
  • You have excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • You are self-driven and resourceful
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus
  • You are prepared to travel
