Maalahden Limppu Oy is a family Company with a history dating back to 1893. Today our cutting edge facilities are located in Vaasa, Finland. We invest in high quality and hygiene. Our production facility has a clean air space, and manufacturing is completely automatized except from the dough, which is still made by hand. Malax loaf has been made for more than a hundred years. It is made with a sourdough root using a traditional recipe, and is dairy and lactose free, no additives or preservatives. Malax loaf is sour and sweet, high in fibre and keeps for a long time. Malax loaf is sold throughout Finland and Sweden.
