Gericke Nibblers and Cone Mills provide the ideal alternative. A cost effective highly efficient solution for coarse and fine size reduction and also the de-agglomeration of lumps.
The well proven Nibbler principle is based upon a cutting, grating and breaking action, as opposed to grinding. The Gericke Cone Mill principle is based upon high speed impact in addition to attrition milling. The normal issues associated with size reduction such as temperature rise, noise and dust generation are minimised.
The Gericke Centrifugal Sifter is a compact, hygienic design giving both high efficiency and high capacity sieving.
The Centrifugal Sifter is designed to separate particles of different sizes into two product streams, or alternatively to remove tramp material.
The mixer is suitable for mixing a wide range of powders, flakes and granulates and also viscous products. Spraying with liquids and thermal processes are very effective. Easy to clean. The GCM is suitable for very difficult mixing tasks.
The Gericke GMS Multiflux® mixer is a horizontally designed dual-shaft mixer with optimum product flow in the fluidised bed zone. Low energy input resulting in gentle blending of sensitive products with maximum blending homogeneity.
In the Version GMS C The mixing tools are cantile-vered. Thanks to this feature, the front of the mixer can be opened up completely for cleaning purposes. The Gericke GMS C mixers is the only twin rotor mixer available on the market with this feature.
In the case of the GMS ECD version (Extractable Cantilevered Drive) the whole drive unit, including mixing rotors, can be extracted from the body. Large side doors for cleaning also facilitate cleaning of the inside of the body.

Gericke feeders are designed for the accurate dosing of various bulk materials. The throughput ranges from 0.2 to 77,000 l/. Gericke offers suitable feeding solutions also for liquids.
Gericke Loss-in-Weight Feeders generate a controlled, absolutely constant mass flow, as required in mixing processes or extruder infeed.
Gericke's range of package vacuum conveying systems have been designed to transport powders, granules and most bulk solids.
The modular design provides the opportunity to adapt the components to many different process applications, including: sack & FIBC unloading and transport to feeders, mixers, mills and packaging lines.
Gericke have developed unique systems which combine maximum product protection with minimum consumption of conveying gas. Even difficult to handle products, including granules and inconsistent particle-size materials can be conveyed with enhanced efficiency and economy.
The new HR rotary valve comes with a wide range of specification options with easy manual handling functionality, achieved with sturdy linear rail configuration and tapered rotor geometry.
Value engineered the HR includes a patented adjustment arrangement which enables precision and secure rotor adjustment and setting. The new rotary valve enables safe manual handling in an easy, flexible and economic solution.
Fast and simple removal of rotor
The design also takes advantage of Rota Val’s proven tapered rotor configuration, with the rotor shaft having been tailored to suit purpose-made seals, which ensure reliable extraction and insertion. Just one spanner is required for simple rotor removal.
