RAVAS manufactures and distributes weighing systems integrated in hand pallet trucks, warehouse trucks and forklift trucks. These mobile weighing systems enable companies to make their internal logistics cheaper and more efficient, to raise the quality of their products and services and thus increase client satisfaction.
iForks is the first completely wireless scale forks for forklift trucks, reach trucks and narrow aisle trucks. Since all components are fully integrated in the forks, the iForks have no external cabling whatsoever and the weighing system can be installed onto any forklift truck in a matter of minutes: plug & weigh! From that moment on, every load lifted by the truck is instantly and accurately weighed.
All brands of electric pallet trucks and order picking trucks can be equipped with the RPW EL scale. The fork construction of the truck is mechanically modified, in order to mount the scale components with only 5 mm of added fork height. A scale indicator of your choice shows the weight on the forks and communicates with a truck terminal or warehouse management system if desired. Every load lifted is instantly weighed.
For checking incoming goods while offloading lorries, for preventing errors in order picking, for determining shipping weights, and for preventing the overloading of lorries.
Hand pallet truck with patented FlexBolts for extreme accuracy, powered by a Li-ion rechargeable battery pack
The ProLine-3200 Li is capable of measuring 1.000 kg weights in increments of 100 gr, thanks to the use of patented FlexBolts. The indicator in stainless steel housing can be rotated forward when the operator is standing beside the forks. This combination of characteristics makes it very suitable for fine dosing and batching applications.
Optionally, this hand pallet truck scale can be OIML approved for commercial transactions: this allows you to invoice your customer by weight. Another option is to have it equipped with a built-in printer, or data transfer via Bluetooth or WiFi, for quality control purposes.
The RAVAS-1100 is the cost-conscious solution for checking weights a few times a day, e.g. at goods reception or when filling out transport documents. Weights are shown in 1kg steps. The RAVAS-1100 is also available with the options thermal printer and multirange display graduation: 0.5/1.0 kg.
Thanks to the robust chassis and the power supply by four standard AA-batteries, this pallet truck scale combines an attractive price level with a reasonable accuracy. The display is able to show both gross and net weights. For checking incoming goods, avoiding overloads and determining shipping weights.
Introducing the RCS PLUS RAVAS sets the new standard for oil pressure weighing on forklift trucks in the market. The RCS PLUS is an accurate hydraulic scale, very user friendly and fitted with modern technology for Bluetooth and WiFi communication. The successor of the RCS PLUS system, launched in 2007, has a new indicator based on the iForks indicator. Due to this the user friendliness of the new system strongly improved and the system now has a number of new functions.
Accurate weighing on forklifts
The RCS PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the forklift truck. This pressure is measured with a temperature compensated sensor in the valve block. During a controlled descent of the load on the forks, the RCS PLUS measures the oil pressure in the mast at a high frequency. The indicator software turns these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load of the forks. The maximum tolerance is 0.2% of the weighing capacity. The RCS PLUS has a standard capacity up to 10 Ton and is optionally available up for weighing up to 30 Ton.
• An excellent tool for weight checks on a forklift truck;
• Easy to install on any forklift truck, maintenance friendly, low cost of ownership and calibrated within several minutes;
• Suited for use in combination with attachments.
• The dedicated key for weighing increases the user friendliness and correct operation of the weighing system;
• Countdown function during weighing;
• Connectivity: via RS232, printer, Bluetooth or WiFi;
• Display lighting for perfect readability.
• Gross, net, tare, accumulate, code-entry and date/time registration;
• Kg and Lb readout;
• Optional available: heavy duty valve block for 10-30 Ton weighing capacity. The heavy duty valve block is standard supplied with an integrated oil filter.
RAVAS supplies a complete range of truck scales for mounting on forklift trucks. For simple check weighing, where a high accuracy is not required, there is the RCS hydraulic load indication system.
Simple check weighing
An oil pressure sensor is installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the forklift by means of a T-coupling. The indicator in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks. The RCS has a limited accuracy, with a possible error of maximum 2% of the lifting capacity of the truck. The system is meant for simple check weighing, such as the checking for incoming goods, and for avoiding the overloading of lorries, warehouse racking and the forklift truck itself.
The RAVAS-2100L weights up to 200kg that are measured in 200gr steps. Suitable for all accurate check weighing.
Weighing hand pallet trucks
Gross/net weighing, zero correction and an adding memory for calculating the total weight per shipment or order. The high quality pallet truck is standard equipped with a quicklift pump and chromium-plated axes and bearings.
The RAVAS-2100L EXi is an explosion proof hand pallet truck scale fully equipped for use in hazardous environments. This pallet trucks scale is ATEX certified and standard equipped with stainless steel fork shoes.
ATEX pallet truck scale
The RAVAS-2100L EXi is suitable for applications like filling, mixing and dosing in EX environments. The scale is ATEX certified and standard equipped with:
- stainless steel fork shoes
- a rotating indicator (readable from all angles during dosing processes) and
- large push buttons (for use when wearing gloves)
