When you booked your stand you got a login to My Easyfairs. The link in the e-mail will take you straight into the system where you can confirm your e-mail address and choose a password. You will get a personal digital ticket with your company logo and stand number. Use it to invite your cutsomers and prospects to the show. This ticket is linked to your personal visitor registration which makes it possible for you to see who has registered via the ticket. The ticket is free of charge. Please send your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org – and you will get your personal digital ticket in June
You’ll receive printed tickets/invitations in June. Send them to your clients and prospects to invite them to the shows. We will produce 4 different tickets; 1. Empack 2. Label & Print 3. Luxury Packaging/Packaging Innovations 4. A ticket with all four shows. Please let us know which tickets you prefer and how many via an e-mail to email@example.com. All tickets are free of charge

With easyFairs app, Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your stand, simply by scanning the QR code on their badges. This helps you to follow up leads after the show and make sure you don’t lose important business cards or contact information.
How do you do?
Shortly before the show, you’ll get a Visit Connect-mail with a personal link where you can create your personal login and password. This information can then be used to log into the app that you can download via Google Play or Appstore. Remember to download the app before you come to the show since you need access to your personal login, your computer and Internet. If you have already used easyFairs Visit Connect at an easyFairs trade show, simply use the same login as earlier. Don’t forget to change event in the app menu.

During this show we will test our new system, smart badge. It means that visitors who touch your reader with their badges at your stand get your information in a digital format, which makes it easy for them to share with colleagues and friends via email or social media.
