It's simple. Once you've registered your Visit Connect licence, you will be sent a link to access the portal where you can set custom qualifiers, define targets, set up users and monitor your event leads progress.
It works like this: you print off the QR code from My easyFairs and stick it on your stand or on a product.
When the visitor scans the QR code using the easyFairs App, all of the information you uploaded about this product or service via My easyFairs will download to his/her smartphone.
You disseminate your product literature in a convenient and eco-friendly way.
You can see afterwards which product got the most interest. If you have bought the Online365 Premium, you will be able to get a list of visitors who scanned your products with their data (if they have agreed to provide this information).
This will appeal to visitors too as it offers a convenient way to collect and share product information.
