In their packaging blog LOOK & LIKE, Sandra Tennemann and Laura Haberkorn feature innovations, designs and pure creativity – and at Packaging Innovations, they will stage and run it live, right from the show.
In a unique, interactive exhibition space in Hall 6 near the coffee bar, visitors will be offered a glimpse into a variety of brand worlds. In addition, daily reports and interviews with experts will be produced onsite.
Laura Haberkorn explains: «Direct from the World Wide Web to Zurich – our blog will touch down at Packaging Innovations 2015 so that you can see the most fabulous packaging designs in person and up close. In addition, we'll keep you up-to-date with the latest news and highlights from the show, both online and offline.»
The space has been visualised and realised by the young Viennese start-up, Design Studio Papertown, which specialises in stage design, structures and furniture made from corrugated cardboard.
The young Viennese start-up, Design Studio Papertown, focuses on stage design, structures and furniture made from corrugated cardboard. Their products therefore provide a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to traditional construction materials, which due to their larger environmental footprint, are being used less and less in the context of «green events».
«Our specially-developed technologies and singular combination of expertise from the worlds of architecture, art and show business allow us to present a globally unique design portfolio – and in our role as manufacturers, to turn those concepts into reality ourselves. In addition, we offer innovative designs for packaging, window displays, shops, exhibition stand construction and urban interventions,» says Philipp Blume, CEO of Papertown.
