The Dutch Pastry Award is the Dutch prize at the highest level in pastry. During this contest, the most talented Dutch artists present their creations only with edible materials. The experts of the Dutch Pastry Team and the audience at Bakkersvak 2016 will judge who will be crowned as 'Best Dutch Pastry Chef'. The winner becomes applicant member of the Dutch Pastry Team.
