Update your My Easyfairs

In the exhibitor catalogue, you can present your company and products, post product news, press releases and make your web address visible for all visitors. This service is free of charge and naturally, we recommend you to use it.

A while back, you received an e-mail from "My Easyfairs" with a link straight in to the system, with the request to confirm your e-mail address and choose a password. The e-mail address is your user name. If you have forgotten the password, just click on "Forgotten password" and a new one will be sent to your e-mail.

Stand technical orders
Make sure to place orders on time as the prices go up starting from 26th July 2018. eMessukeskus is an online service for exhibitors (www.emessukeskus.com). It contains important information for each event and provides an easy way to place orders. The username and password are emailed to the exhibitor. In case of any problems with the service or if you have questions, please contact customer service customer.service@messukeskus.com, tel. +358 40 450 3250.

- During exhibition: The Eat & Meet restaurant in the Upper Gallery. Stop & Shop Café.

Print out your Exhibitor Badge

All your stand personel needs a exhibitor badge. You can print these at MyEasyfairs. Exhibitor badge is a personal printable card, which will be traded to smart badge in the beginning of the event. Please follow the steps:

- Log in to your My Easyfairs
- Pick the show (Meetings & Events)
- Scroll down to, header "Admin/Hallinto" (right side)
- Click on Register my personel
- New window opens
- Click on "Exhibitor personel"
- Add new, fill in the contact details
- The person will get their exhibitor badge by email

Visit Connect - collect your leads

With Easyfairs app Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your stand, simply by scanning the QR code on their badges. This helps you to follow up leads after the show and make sure you don’t lose important business cards or contact information.

How do you do it? 

Shortly before the show, you’ll get a Visit Connect-mail with a personal link where you can create your personal login and password.

Remember to download the app before you come to the show since you need access to your personal login, your computer and Internet. If you have already used Easyfairs Visit Connect at an Easyfairs trade show, simply use the same login as earlier. Don’t forget to change event in the app menu.

Turn your visitors into highly qualified leads! All exhibitors receive one reader, part of their EasyGo package, to enhance the overall visitor experience. The reader is a wireless sensor placed on your stand that delivers the digital product and company information you uploaded to My Easyfairs!

How does it work?
When visitors touch the reader with their badge, they collect the information about your company and products that you uploaded to your My Easyfairs account. This information will be sent to them in a visit summary email at the end of the day.

How to get contact information from visitors?
If you have GoPlus or GoLeads you will get the contact information from the visitors who scanned your sensor. If your have GoVisibility this is something you can buy extra.


Invitations - print and digital

We will also send 200 printed invitations to you so you can invite your prospects to your stand! Everybody likes an invite, so don't miss your chance to do business by forgetting to send it.

Send out an email to your prospects letting them know you will be at the show by using our digital invitations, which will be sent about 2 months before the show. Perfect to post on your social media, as a banner on your website and in your email signature! The link in the digital invitation is personal to your company, so you can track all the visitors you invite.
