Our Exhibitors

Our mission is to design, manufacture and sell an innovative and complementary range of high technology electronic products, to ensure the traceability and quality control of today’s industrial production lines. Our product line has seamless interconnectivity with other machinery within the new definition of the digital factory known as Industry 4.0.

Alteria has the know-how and resources to further develop innovative products, from adapting existing machinery to completely replacing obsolete systems and transforming a production line into the digital 4.0 factory.

Alteria Laser Marking
We have developed an innovative range of Laser Marking and Coding equipment, with unique features such as predictive maintenance based on industry 4.0 technology.
This product line is already on the market and registering its first sales, and targeted to replace old ink marking technology, multiplying our target market.

- Alteria Computer Vision
This is an Industrial Computer Vision product based on Regional Convolutional Neural Networks (RCNN) through deep learning routines for the Industry 4.0.
We are using high speed advanced image sensors to inspect products on the production line using Artificial Intelligence in order to replace repetitive tasks like the visual quality control assurance.

- Alteria Industry 4.0 modules
We have two products within this category:

A) An IoT Data Acquisition Module. IoT (Internet of Things) technology replaces, and improve existing traditional PLC and PAC industrial systems, implementing intelligent autonomous decision making within definition Industry 4.0.
B) Legacy Adapter Module. This module adapts old machinery (“Legacy” markers, bottlers, labelers, traction systems etc.) to be fitted with IoT sensors, making the old systems “digital factory” ready without further investment.

- Alteria Industry 4.0. Software
This is complete turn key Software Suite on the cloud, featuring an OPC / UA framework. This is a service oriented, server-client architecture system that features platform independent interconnection (Windows, Android. Linux, RTOS) of each and all of the factory systems.
Based on a Cloud computing system it includes a Non Only SQL database, a data search tool and an advanced graphical user interface that shows data and statistics on demand.

  • Alteria pre-selected into Bind 4.0 Accelerator Programme

Alteria Automation has been pre selected for Bind 4.0 accelerator program that grants a commercial / development contract with a top level industrial partner. This is a great achievement for Alteria since there were 385 initial applicants.

Bind 4.0 is a public-private acceleration program that lasts 24 weeks and takes place in the Basque Country. It focuses on Industry 4.0 startups involved in big data, additive manufacturing, artificial vision, cloud computing, augmented reality, cybersecurity, cyberphysical systems and/or collaborative robotics.

A total of 82 startups have been pre-selected for the acceleration program, which will start in January 2018 and will last until June 2018. The final selection will be made after one-to-one pitches with our industrial partners, who will sign up contracts with all participating startups. The pre-selected startups come from 24 different countries and represent the different Industry 4.0 fields: IoT, Big Data, VR/AR, CyberSecurity, Collaborative Robotics and Additive Manufacturing.

A total of 385 Industry 4.0 startups have applied to this edition of Bind 4.0 acceleration program, 50% more than last year’s call. These startups have come from 57 countries, being India, Colombia, Spain, Brazil and France the most represented. Their projects are very varied, though big data and IoT are the most popular fields.

Finally, the acceleration program will start at the beginning of 2018 and will last 24 weeks. This edition will have more projects accepted as there are 27 partners interested in working with Industry 4.0 startups: ABB, CAF, CIE Automotive, Danobat Group, Euskaltel, Fagor Ederlan, Grupo Maier, Grupo Alcor, Grupo ULMA, Iberdrola, ITP, Mercedes-Benz Vitoria, Michelin, NEM Solutions, Repsol-Petronor, Aernnova, Alegria Activity, Arcelor Mittal, BATZ, Bridgestone, Cikautxo, Elay, Grupo Elecnor, Gestamp, RPK, SENER y Sidenor.
