We are proud to have developed the first Level 7 Injectables qualification regulated by Ofqual, the government’s Office of Qualifications and Examinations. The term ‘level 7’ was previously relatively unheard of but has since become a hallmark quality education in aesthetics, setting the foundations for safer practice in the UK.

We have also created the first complete qualification suite in Skin Rejuvenation. This course equips practitioners with cutting-edge knowledge so they can treat their patients holistically, meet a wider range of needs and position themselves as experts in their field.

Our ambition is to create a very high standard of care in aesthetics and a community of practitioners confident in their ability to deliver that standard.

Education and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Our offer is unique because we combine one-to-one mentoring in a real clinic environment with the latest online learning technology in order to offer the best possible educational experience to our students.

We are passionate about empowering professionals with the latest and safest techniques so they can evolve in their careers. Community is also key for us and our students can speed up their learning curve through mentorship programs, workshops and forums.

This article explains some important methods of patient communication you can use for dealing with difficult patients.
