Crisalix enables doctors and aesthetic patients around the world to answer the common question “how could I look after the procedure?” through its unique online technology thereby improving their level of satisfaction both during the consultation and post-surgery.

Crisalix is the leader in web-based 3D simulation for plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures. The company is a spin-off from the fastest growing life science cluster in the world, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Switzerland, and the Institute of Surgical Technology and Biomechanics (ISTB) of the University of Bern.

Thanks to the 3D Crisalix plastic surgery community, a first global study on the benefits of 3D individualized consultations versus standard ones has been done. The results are speaking by themselves with an average Crisalix consult to surgery of 88% versus commonly agreed of 30 to 40%* for standard ones, i.e. 2 times more surgeries for the same number of consultations.
