Bakkersvak supports the whole baking industry. Discover the products and services of over 180 suppliers from the baking- and ice cream industry and meet colleagues from all over the Netherlands. Whether you’ve been in the business for years, or just starting: Bakkersvak is there for the baker of today and for the baker of tomorrow.

On 10, 11 and 12 March 2019 the 8th edition of Bakkersvak will take place again in Evenementenhal Gorinchem. For the first time, this edition will last three days instead of three. During these days, 8.500 Tuesday bakers, patisseries, confectioners, chocolate makers, catering professionals and ice cream makers will come together on the only ánd most important bakery event in the Netherlands.

Bakkersvak has a complete new-look. With the extra trading day, there is more inspiration on the floor than ever. During this 8th edition, several new theaters will be set up: the Inspiratory, the Raw Material Theater, the Open Bakery and cafe enterprise. Are you curious about these new inspirational platforms? Visit the future

Easyfairs, organizer of Bakkersvak, wants to give the visitor a ‘Visit the Future’ experience. This edition visitors are able to use the Smart Badge again. With this badge, visitors can scan the reader on the exhibitors stand they’re interested in. After the event, the visitor receives an email with the details of the exhibitors they scanned. Ice cream

Besides a couple of new elements, the segment ‘Ice’ will make its return to the show. Because of the many features connecting the worlds of bakery, pastry and ice cream, we decided to give ‘Ice’ a dedicated space on the floor. The segment will come back with an Ice-square and Ice-route.
