The Dutch Pastry Team is a young, dynamic, enthusiastic team of highly skilled pastry chefs with international experience. This team elevates the patisserie profession to art and true pleasure through creativity, energy, innovation and ambition. This allows the Dutch Pastry Team to give the industry a better image and also enthuse the youth to the refined pastry.

 

During Bakkersvak, each team member will indicate their own interpretation to the show table where the most beautiful creations are exposed. Different masterclasses take place during the both show days and of course the Dutch Pastry Award on 5 March.

13.00 - 14.00   Masterclass Hans Heiloo - eclairs

15.00 - 16.00   Masterclass Carlo Midiri - small chocolate piece

16.00 - 17.00   Award ceremony Dutch Pastry Award:
