More and more bakeries create the opportunity for having an in store lunch. It's expected that this blurring will continue in the coming years. During Bakkersvak 2017 the BoulangerieTeam members will anticipate on this trend. They will bake everyday products with a modern twist. Beside these products they will be presenting a variety of bread with colourful breadcrumbs like red, green, orange and purple.
Our youngest bakers Bas Goossen, Tim Boers, Kris Huysman are present and Niek van Waarde, Mark Plaating and Richard Jansen complete the team. There will be a good combination of experienced bakers and young talent on both show days. Come and take a look at the products they are going to bake, taste them and let yourself be inspired. The BoulangerieTeam has an collaboration with Koopmans Meel and has developed it's own flour: BT-80. The flour is widely used for our products. The BT-80 is a unique grayscale flour with a versatile character and above all, it has a nice seasoning. This type of flour is specially milled in conjunction with the BoulangerieTeam. Surprise yourself and try the intense flavour and bread experience!
