This formed the starting point for the development of Pandriks Bake Off: A unique process in which the dough is left to rise for an average of 24 hours.
The bread is also baked on a natural stone oven and is made using only natural ingredients. It is bread which tastes like the bread made by yesteryear French bakers, but which is produced using the technology of tomorrow.
Pandrik’s Bake Off combines craftsmanship, years of baking experience and innovation at a brand new bread factory in Meppel. This state-of –the-art site is where we make our dough using only natural ingredients. Our unique process eliminates the need for preservatives, emulsifiers, colourings and flavourings.
WE TAKE OUR TIME
Our dough is left to rise for no less than 24 hours in our unique proving cabinets. This results in a light and airy dough structure and an unparalleled taste sensation!
All Pandriks products are baked in a large stone oven. The natural stone oven floor gives the bread a nice thin, crispy crust and the bread retains its moisture so stays fresh for longer!
