  • UAL Newsflash January 2019

A heater treater to Nigeria (affectionately known as the green monster) was loaded at Port Houston on board the Heavy Lift vessel, the UAL Fortitude, in December.
Due to the weight and permit restrictions, Port Houston was a prime location, and very accommodating to Universal Africa Lines for this vessel.
UAL is proud to have the UAL Fortitude as part of the fleet, with its 2 x 180-ton gear, as the market suggests we will see more of this type of cargo in our West Africa Trade Lane.
