As an exhibitor, your stand package includes a marketing campaign to help promote your company before, during and after the event. Our dedicated marketing team will work with you throughout the year creating personalised material to offer you even more brand exposure than just at your stand.

After booking your stand, you should have received ‘My Easyfairs’ account login details. In your My Easyfairs you can fill in your company information, products, press releases and job vacancies. Below is a list of Marketing and PR tools available to you; we strongly advise that you take advantage of these tools in order to maximise your visibility before, during and after the exhibition. Please note that all of these marketing tools are included within your package and will not incur any additional costs.

What to do next?

Update your exhibitor profile on the website via your ‘My Easyfairs’ account. Please ensure you have uploaded your logo and additional information about your company via your ‘My Easyfairs’ account.

Download your Antwerp XL banners and buttons, and hyperlink them to your personal registration link. You will find your unique link in your ‘My Easyfairs’ account around four months out from the show.

Add a tag onto your email signature to let people know they can visit you at the show: “See us on Stand XXX at Antwerp XL 2019: 7 - 9 May, Antwerp Expo, Antwerp”. Link to our website at www.antwerpxl.com

Register your stand personnel via your ‘My Easyfairs’ account to gain access to the exhibition.

We will put together a comprehensive guide to the technical services available at Antwerp XL. We suggest that exhibitors study in detail all the services available and follow the instructions. This particularly applies to the application deadlines on each order form. You will receive this via email in 2019.

Ordering forms

The ordering forms will become available a few months before the show. Please retain copies of everything for your own records and have them with you onsite during build up. 

Exhibitor Warning

We have recently been made aware of fraudulent companies contacting exhibitors acting as members of the Antwerp XL team requesting payments for their exhibition stands or hotel accommodation.

It is also increasingly common for exhibitors to be approached by third party companies purporting to, or giving the impression that, they have access to the show’s attendee list. Please be aware that we do not pass on our data to ANY third party, so please note that these claims may be fraudulent. If you have any concerns at all, please contact a member of the team.
