Now that you have booked, you can start accessing some fantastic marketing tools (already part of your stand package) to shout about your presence at the show.

My Easyfairs

Update your My Easyfairs!

In the exhibitor catalogue, you can present your company and products, post product news, press releases and make your web address visible for all visitors. This service is free of charge and naturally, we recommend you to use it.

A while back, you received an e-mail from "My Easyfairs" with a link straight in to the system, with the request to confirm your e-mail address and choose a password. The e-mail address is your user name. If you have forgotten the password, just click on "Forgotten password" and a new one will be sent to your e-mail.


Smart badge reader

Turn your visitors into highly qualified leads! All exhibitors recieve one reader, part of their EasyGo package, to enhance the overall visitor experience. The reader is a wireless sensor placed on your stand thet delivers the digital product and company information you uploaded to My Easyfairs!

How does it work?

When visitors touch the reader with their badge, they collect the information about your company and products that you uploaded to your My Easyfairs account. This information will be sent to them in a visit summary email at the end of the day.

How to get contact information from visitors?

If you have GoPlus or GoLeads you will get the contact information from the visitors who scanned your sensor. If your have GoVisibility this is something you can buy extra.


Invitations - print & banner

We will give you a digital banner. Perfect to post on your social media, on your website and in your email signature! You can link the banner to your company, so you can track all the visitors you invite.

If you want to, we also send printed invitations to you so you can invite your prospects to your stand! Everybody likes an invite, so don't miss your chance to do business by forgetting to send it. Email: linda.karlsson@easyfairs.com if you want printed tickets!


Print your Exhibitor Badge!

All your stand personnel needs a exhibitor badge. You print this at My Easyfairs. Please follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your My Easyfairs
  2. Pick the right show
  3. Scroll down to, header "Admin" (right side)
  4. Click on Register my personel
  5. New window opens in N200 Visit
  6. Click on "Personnel"
  7. Hold your mouse over the button "+New", then click on the white button "Register stand personnel"
  8. Fill in the contact details
  9. The person will get their exhibitor badge by email

Visit Connect - collect your leads!

With Easyfairs app, Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your stand, simply by scanning the QR code on their badges. This helps you to follow up leads after the show and make sure you don’t lose important business cards or contact information.

How do you do? 

Shortly before the show, you’ll get a Visit Connect-mail with a personal link where you can create your personal login and password.

Remember to download the app before you come to the show since you need access to your personal login, your computer and Internet. If you have already used easyFairs Visit Connect at an Easyfairs trade show, simply use the same login as earlier. Don’t forget to change event in the app menu.
