Our UD and fabric Prepreg lines feature the most rigorous design tolerances and standards, to produce composite materials of the highest quality.
Filming and Coating
Our filming and coating solutions can be used in-line as part of the Prepreg manufacturing process or as stand-alone equipment and include knife-over-roll, roller and reverse-roller coating.
Wide Web Converting
We also manufacture and supply bespoke solutions to the international converting industry, with technologies ranging from slitters, spoolers, coaters, laminators, unwinds, rewinds and special purpose machinery.
Bespoke automation, material handling and robotics machinery:
Our extensive market knowledge makes us ideally-placed to match our customers’ handling and automation needs with in-plant solutions that ensure the quality of the fibre. We design and manufacture fully-automated or operator-assisted handling systems including creel loading machines, automated retrieval and storage solutions, and wrapping, packing and palletising systems for packages weighing up to 500kg.
