A Unique Organization

We are around 260 employees organized in 14 Project Centres in 11 Countries on 4 Continents. carrying out over 1000 projects per year, from stand alone machine loading buffers to multi-million €/$ manufacturing line projects. Our supply chain is somewhat different from most companies with a "Sell-Buy-Build-Install" supply chain involving a total of 500+ people when we include our producing partners. The yearly revenue for the EWAB Group is around 60M€

Multi-million €/$ projects are managed by EWAB International and executed as Shared Projects meaning that we will use our agile project methods and tools to use selected Project Centre resources in the most effective way for each case.

  • Automation for machining Line.

    EWAB Engineering Ltd in UK delivers the final PS810 system as part of a new automotive crankshaft machining line.

    Working closely with the end user and co-suppliers, the final conveyor system, one of sixteen, provides end of line inspection. Allowing the operator to rotate the part 360 on its axis, before unloading and placing into storage containers for transfer to the assembly line.

    The workshop, located in Telford-UK, has been full for the last year while assembling multiple systems as part of the manufacturing line. Also, simultaneously engineering and producing a second line of twenty systems for another automotive machining line.
    EWAB have been successfully "Managing Material Flow" in end user sites globally for nearly 50 years. With systems transporting parts as small as mobile phones to complete engine assemblies. Operating out of 14 locations across the continents of Europe, Asia, North and South America.
