Breakthrough of digital printing for round hollow bodies – Digital Printer D240.2

In recent years, Hinterkopf have commissioned three machines of the first generation D240. All of these are in around-the-clock operation at Ritter company in Schwabmünchen (Germany). Together they have produced an excess of 130 million cartridges.

In Shanghai, the new generation D240.2 launches with several important upgrades. The new generation D240.2 machines have been sold already six times. Three of them started up this year successfully. The new D240.2 is more precise, comes with more speed and is more compact in size, compared to its predecessor. In addition, the upgrade puts even more emphasis in more intense colors with lower ink usage.

Kao launched “Our philosophy and action on plastic packaging” in 2018. Based on this, we will explain our 4R campaign (REDUCE, REUSE, REPLACE, RECYCLE). We believe REDUCE and REUSE are as equally important as REPLACE and RECYCLE.
Following this design philosophy, Raku-raku Eco Pack refill was developed and released in Japan in 2016.
The advance “Smart Holder” packaging will also be introduced during the presentation.
