    Grupo Phoenix, a market leader in delivering comprehensive consumer packaging solutions, announced it has partnered with Envases Group, a regional market leader offering aluminium packaging solutions throughout the Latin American region. The collaboration will accelerate the companies’ growth and profitability expanding their footprint and global reach in the delivery of state-of-the art extruded aluminium packaging solutions. The venture will also benefit from synergies in the areas of HR, payroll, and benefit management capabilities. This joint operation will leverage Grupo Phoenix’s existing plant in Cartagena and its ability to rapidly expand to produce extruded aluminium bottles, cans and other packaging solutions utilizing Envases’ expertise and latest cutting edge technology.
    Envases Group and Grupo Phoenix will share financial, technological, and organizational resources with the intent to leverage the best of both companies and provide world-class service to its customers.
