When can we build up/ dismantle our stand?

Please note that the given times are mandatory.

*14 June 2013 is reserved for the collection and delivery of machines and attached material. Access to the venue is only possible after consultation with the organizer.

Where can I find overnight accommodations?

On early enquiry we provide a contingent of rooms on demand at the Boutique Hotel Hauser. Simply enter the booking code “SEA-2013” when booking a room online. Or mention the key word: “easyFairs” when contacting the hotel’s registration: www.hotelhauser.com.

Where can I find parking facilities?

Access to the venue during installation and deinstallation takes place via all approaches to the exhibition grounds. Please use the gate in the back of Hall 20 F for discharging and loading. Parking is free of charge on the entire exhibition grounds. There will be NO parking tickets.
