Below is a list of Marketing and PR tools available to you; we strongly advise that you take advantage of these tools in order to maximise your visibility before, during and after the exhibition.
Also, it is important that you download the Exhibitor Services Manual as this provides all necessary information that you may need in the lead up to StocExpo.

Exhibition catalogue entry
Supply us with your company contact details and 100 words about your company or products to appear in the official Exhibition Catalogue. The Catalogue will be published by Tank Storage Magazine and will be mailed with the March 2013 issue. In addition to being distributed to all visitors and delegates at the event.
You will be able to complete your exhibition catalogue entry through your My easyFairs account, which will become available to you late 2012.
FREE Buttons / Banner adverts for your website
If you've got a website it's a great place to promote your presence at the event. StocExpo will provide you with web banners, buttons, registration links, images and a logo. Buttons and banners are also ideal to include at the bottom of your email signature. A selection is currently already available on the Downloads page. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more specific requirements.
StocExpo Logo download
The StocExpo Logo is available on the Downloads page. You are invited to use it on adverts and other printed / online communications to promote your presence at StocExpo 2013. Should you require a different specification, please contact email@example.com.
Each exhibitor will be sent 50 FREE StocExpo 2013 ticket invitations to send out to anyone you want to invite to the exhibition. These will arrive by post in early February 2013. To stay one step ahead of your competition, it is essential that your clients are aware that you are exhibiting. A personal invitation from you is without doubt the most effective method of communicating this.
Our research shows that the best possible response is generated when a ticket is mailed 3 to 6 weeks in advance of the show. Research also shows that when a ticket is sent with a personalised letter, it is 66% more likely to be acted upon. Your letter should communicate your presence at StocExpo and highlight:
- Your stand number
- Registration instructions
- Specific reasons for visiting your stand - new products or services on offer
- Information on any specific promotions or incentives.
Each ticket you receive will have a code on the reverse which is unique to your company. Via your My easyFairs account you will be able to track who registers as a result of receiving a ticket from you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries on using your My easyFairs account.
Each exhibitor will be sent 100 show stickers to include on mailings and personalised communications to clients and prospective customers. The Stickers will arrive with your Free Personalised Tickets in early February 2013.
Secure Mailing service
StocExpo will send a personalised letter and invitations on your behalf, to your database, FREE OF CHARGE. If you are interested in participating in the FREE Secure Mailing Service then please email email@example.com for more information.
The StocExpo telemarketing team will call up to 500 of your contacts and invite them to the exhibition on your behalf. This saves you time and money, and more importantly will ensure that your key and prospective customers know that you will be present at the event! At the start of February 2013, StocExpo will send you a content-rich HTML email with in-depth and enticing details about the event. The E-Ticket Wizard system enables each exhibitor to modify the email and personalise the content, before sending it to your prospective or current customers.
My easyFairs account
Your My easyFairs account manages your online profile, which can be seen by all website visitors on the Exhibitor catalogue. You can upload your company information, company logo, press releases and product news, as well as ordering additional furniture for your stand. If you have not received either your log in details, or a brief manual explaining how to use your my easyFairs account, please email email@example.com.
In January 2013 you will be able to register your stand personnel via your My easyFairs account. All badges will be available for collection onsite on Monday 18 March 2013 from 2pm. All exhibitor badges must be collected on build day for StocExpo.
StocExpo will be featured in many well-known industry publications. Our PR team is constantly looking for new and interesting stories on product launches or new product developments to include in editorial previews and also to feature on the StocExpo website. If you feel your company has something interesting to say to the tank terminal industry, we want to write about it and give you maximum exposure. It is important that the entire industry is made aware of activities relating to third parties contacting exhibitor for entries into show guides. Examples include Fairguide and Expo-Guide. We strongly advise all exhibitors to be vigilant against organisations such as these who do not represent the good name developed within the exhibitions industry. Find out more here!
