The Helsinki Fair Centre
Helsingin Messukeskus | Suomen Messut
The hall is easy to access from all directions in the Helsinki area. Please visit the venue website for more specific information.
Helsinki Airport is located only 13 km away (about 15 minutes by car) from the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre and offers daily flights from most major European cities. Shuttle busses are available to downtown Helsinki (bus 615) and Tikkurila railway station (bus 61); the journey takes about 35 minutes. Bus stops are located in front of the terminals.
RAIL & PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It’s only about a five minute journey from the city centre on trams 7A, 7B or 9: All trams stop at the Pasila station, which is located about 300 metres away from the venue. In addition, regional busses (from outside Helsinki) numbers 506, 69, 504 and 505 stop at Pasila Station.
Single tickets are available from ticket machines as well as on board; technophiles can also buy tickets by mobile phone! However, the most time and cost effective solution is the day ticket: €12 for a regional ticket that includes Vantaa and the city centre. Helsinki’s well-integrated public transport system is supported by a user-friendly website:
ROAD & FERRY
It is relatively simple to access the venue from parts north, west or east – or from the ferry ports in the south of Helsinki, which offer routes between Helsinki and Stockholm, Tallinn, Rostock, Travermunde, Gdynia, and Mariehamn. For an overview of the operators, destinations and timetables see:
