easyFairs FOOD-to-GO Silesia 2012 (Śląsk in Polish) - Dedicated to small gastronomies, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and catering businesses!

With this show, we are responding to the strong interest expressed by Silesian visitors at FOOD-to-GO Krakow, which took place in May 2011. Restauranteurs and owners of gastronomy points from Chorzów, Katowice, Zabrze or Jaworzno made up a very large part of our visitors! That's why in 2012 we'll locate this important event in Silesia.

Chorzów is the city associated with entertainment and exciting leisure opportunities, which makes it the perfect place for such an event. Apart from its rich tradition, Chorzów is located right in the heart of the Silesian agglomeration and partakes in its regional diversity -- including the wonderful cuisine. We are sure that FOOD-to-GO Silesia 2012 will be a real treat and a professional attraction for people in the gastronomy trades.

Besides the wide range of products and innovative equipment, FOOD-TO-GO Silesia 2012 will include content-rich learnShops™ seminars. One of the hot topics on the learnShops programme will be health food, which is also the leading theme of the 2012 edition.
