Due to market conditions, StocExpo Middle East Africa 2018 has been postponed to the beginning of 2019.

But don’t worry… we’ll be back! The next event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Spring 2019. We are just finalising dates with the venue but stay tuned for further updates and we look forward to welcoming you back next year!

The two day conference will see industry leading professionals from Adani Hazira Ports, Eastport Maritime, Jordan Oil Terminals, NR Capital, PwC, Hazel International, Saudi Aramco and others speaking about the current challenges and opportunities within the region, as well as detailed analysis and forecast of the market's future.

Day One

Day one will have a special focus on Oman with Geert Eijsink, Independent Consultant will give an "Overview of the storage market in Oman and latest developments" and Erwin Mortelmans, Commercial Director, Port of Duqm will discuss the "Creation of a new liquid bulk hub in the Middle East: dream or reality?"

Day Two

Day two will include a special focus on the storage market in India with Rahul Saikia, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, PwC discussing "What does the future hold for tank storage in India?" followed by Anand Marathe, Head Operations - Liquid Terminal, Adani Hazira Ports will explore "Tank storage terminals in India - threats, risks and opportunities".

Following on from 2017, the StocExpo Middle East Africa Conference programme will be CPD Certified as part of our commitment to serving the tank storage community globally. Recently there has been an increasing expectation for professionals to undertake Continuing Professional Development regardless of industry sector, so this year all delegates will be awarded CPD points for the sessions they attend, allowing them to use the learning time towards individual CPD requirements.
