Afternoon - Emerson facility tour
Afternoon tour of Emerson’s radar tank gauging instrumentation factory in Gothenburg and an exclusive look at the brand new in-house tank farm. This in-house tank farm is equipped with tanks, pumps, pipes and valves to emulate a real tank site. To create application scenarios, oil or water can be pumped between the different tanks, creating emulsions and other disturbances. There is also a control room in place, where the equipment is controlled and data collected for further analysis. Emerson is the global leader in inventory grade tank gauging and overfill prevention systems.
