When can we build up/ dismantle our stand?

Please note that the given times are mandatory.

*25 January 2013 is reserved for the collection and delivery of machines and attached material. Access to the venue is only possible after consultation with the organizer.

Where can I find overnight accommodations?

On early enquiry we provide a contingent of rooms on demand at the NH Hamburg City Hotel. Simply enter the keyword “easyFairs client” when booking a room online or contacting the hotel’s registration.

Where can I find parking facilities?

Each exhibiting company automatically receives one parking permit for both days of the show. With this permit, exhibitors are allowed to park their vehicles on the parking area “West”. In case you need additional parking permits, please contact the organizer: diana.pink@easyFairs.com. Additional parking permits will be charged € 40.-/ piece.

Please note:
Trucks, vans etc. cannot be parked on the fairgrounds of Hamburg Messe. We recommend that you park those vehicles on the parking area “Lagerstraße”, close to the entrance “West”. Vehicles of any kind are not allowed in Hall A3 at any time.

Information:
Access to the trade shows will ONLY be possible through the entrance “West”. Entrance “Mitte” will NOT be open during the show! Please use the entrance “West” to access the trade shows.
